Policies And General Information for Wedding


A 20% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your wedding date. Menu selections are needed 2 months prior to the event at which time an additional 20% is due. Market price selections will be guaranteed one month prior. Deposits may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Our prices reflect a discount price when payments are made by cash or check. If payment is made by credit card we accept Master Card and Visa for a non-discounted price.

Final Payment and Guarantee

Your final guarantee is due 7 days prior to the event, at which time your final payment is due based on your guaranteed number. Reductions are not accepted. Reasonable additions may be made up to 2 business days in advance, and may be paid at the end of the event. All deposits will be deducted from your final bill.

Tax and Service Charge

All prices are subject to an 8% tax and an 18% gratuity service charge.

Room Availability

All weddings are run for the time limit stated in each package. Any additional time must be approved in advance. There will be an additional charge for additional hours. There is a minimum of 75 adults to book a Saturday event. Friday and Sundays there is a minimum of 50 adults to book an event. On a holiday weekend other rules apply.

Special Menu Needs

If any guests have any special dietary needs, arrangements need to be made 7 days prior. We can not guarantee special needs if we do not have enough time to prepare.

Pricing for Children

Children under 6 will be provided with a complimentary pasta dish or a special menu item may be purchased for them. Children ages 7 to 12 will be charged for 50% of package price and special menu items are available. Young adults between 13 and 20 will receive a $5 discount on the package price.

Supervision of Children

All children must be supervised at all times. Children must stay in the banquet room and may not be running around the party. Children running around the banquet room are a potential accident. The Wait staff are serving hot food on heavy trays and cannot be concerned with tripping over unsupervised children. So for the safety of guests, children and wait staff children need to remain seated. Children that become a problem and are not being sufficiently supervised will be asked to leave. Children must leave their shoes on trough out the event.

Baby sitting

A Baby sitting service is something that we offer our guests. This service must be arranged in advance and will be added to your final bill. If you or some of your guests are interested in our service please speak to the special events manager about details.

Food and Beverages

No one under 21 will be served any alcohol. Our servers reserve the right to card and refuse anyone. All food and beverage will be supplied by Stadium Golf Club; under no circumstances will food or beverages be brought on premise.


If you wish to order meals for your professionals, you will be only charged for entrée price not the package price. Professionals are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages while working. Meal choices for your professionals should be available with your final counts.

Wedding Cakes

If you do not wish to use the cake that we will provide with your package, a licensed bakery must supply and deliver your cake. There will be a $2 per person discount taken off of your package price. You will be responsible for ordering and paying for the cake before the reception. Stadium will not accept cakes that are not paid in full or any bills for cakes with a balance.


Linens are included with the wedding package. We use ivory cloths and overlays. We have a color chart for different napkin color options. If any thing special or lace tablecloths are wanted there will be an extra charge. Food, cake, and head tables will be skirted. We have chair covers for the bride and grooms chairs. If chair covers are wanted they will have to be rented for an additional cost.


We do not supply centerpieces. However we do ask that you use a reputable florist that delivers. If you are making your centerpieces they must be delivered the day before and our staff will place them on the tables.

Bridal Party

The bridal party will be served cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in a private room until the bride and groom are ready to be announced. You are not allowed to bring in any alcohol of your own. We reserve the right to card anyone in the bridal party and to refuse to serve them if they do not have proper identification or are too intoxicated.

Special Requests

Special requests of any kind are not a problem. If there is anything special that you would like to make your day more special to you please don’t hesitate to ask, we will do everything we can to make it possible.

Ceremonies on site

Ceremonies held onsite are subject to a set up fee. The set up fee for the ceremony will be refunded if weather does not allow us to do the ceremony outside. If chairs are wanted, there is a charge for chair rental. The chair rental is not refundable if weather does not allow us to be outside. If brides are getting ready in our bridal room they are allowed to be here one and a half hours prior to the ceremony. No alcohol is to be brought in to the bridal room that was not purchased through stadium.

Cocktail hours held out side on the Patio

If you do wish to take advantage of our patio that over looks our beautiful golf course, there is a set up fee. A full bar will be set up as well as hors d’oeuvres tables. Our patio will be closed to the public during the cocktail hour. This fee will be refunded in the case that weather does not permit us to be outside. If this happens we will do the cocktail hour in the main banquet room. We also have the option to have cocktail hour in the restaurant area for an additional charge.
