Shotgun Tournaments


Shotguns are welcome, however we do have specific requirements. Drive carts, a $5 pro shop credit and a group food purchase are all required to have a shotgun start. The maximum amount of golfers that are allowed is 160. However if your group goes over 144 you will need to notify us at least 10 days prior so that extra carts may be ordered. If this is not done we cannot guarantee that everyone will have carts.
A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is needed to book all shotgun start golf outings. Final counts and final payments are due one week prior to the event. A list of players is required one week prior so that we can do hole assignments and cart signs for you.


  • Modified shotguns are allowed with a minimum of 40 players.
  • They are only allowed Monday thru Friday with a tee time of no later than 8:30am.
  • There is no extra fee for the shotgun start.
  • Stadium reserves the right to start putting open golfers on the course as soon as we feel it is open enough to not interfere with your group.

There is a fee of $6500 for shotguns Monday thru Friday, for tee times later than 9:00am.

THIS INCLUDES: 18 hole greens fees, a drive cart and a $5 per golfer outing prize credit for 120 golfers or less.

Additional Golfers: There will be a charge for each additional golfer over 120.

Monday thru Thursdays - $50

Fridays - $452

There is no discount for groups less than 120 players.

Additional Requirements
Weekday shotguns with a starting time in which we need to cancel league play, are required to also book lunch and dinner with our banquet facility.

A 20% deposit is required to book all outings unless otherwise stated.  Deposits are not held verbally and will not be guaranteed until contract is signed and deposit is received.  Deposits are nonrefundable.  All outings must give final counts and final payments one week prior to the event.  Individual payments will not be accepted. Our prices reflect a discount when payment is made by cash or check.  We accept Master Card and Visa for a non-discounted price. Checks should be made payable to Stadium Golf Club. There is a $25 charge for any returned checks.

Cancellation due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of Stadium Golf Club.  Cancellations will not be made before scheduled tee time. If weather necessitates closing of the course, or if thunder and lightning occur, all efforts will be made to reschedule or restart. In the event that weather conditions make it so you will not be playing golf, you are still required to have the banquet portion of your outing.

The person signing the golf outing contract assumes the responsibility for any and all damages caused by the client, client’s guests or invitees or other persons attending the function.

Tank tops are not allowed.

A Stadium employee is available to help your group with scoring. We would also be happy to do the score board for you. However, these things need to be arranged ahead of time.

Alcoholic beverages or coolers containing alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises. These beverages may be purchased in our restaurant or from our beverage cart only. Bags and ice are available at no charge. Starters and Rangers reserve the right to check any cooler you have. If alcohol is found, you will b asked to put it back in your car or the Starters can hold it for you until you are done golfing.  All people consuming alcohol will be required to have a valid picture ID, no excuses.

It is the responsibility of the person or persons organizing the outing to inform the rest of the group about our rules and requirements. The organizer must arrange food choices, special menu needs, and the time that the group will be eating. This person also needs to pick up and distribute food tickets and pro shop credit from the pro shop. Groups are required to eat at their scheduled times so that they do not interfere with other groups scheduled that day.  If someone chooses not to eat at your scheduled time we cannot promise that someone will be cooking at a later time. Food tickets are not redeemable inside the bar or restaurant.

All people on the course must have a paid greens fee and clubs. This is a regulation of our insurance company and is not disputable.

If you are interested in contests for your outing we would be happy to assist you. We can set up closest to the pin, and longest drive. This is at no extra charge but needs to be arranged ahead of time.
